Hello and welcome to a place where sound matters! For us, perfect sound reinforcement happens when you don’t realise it’s there. A good live act should sound the same in front of 5,000 people through the PA system as it does in front of 50 using only the band’s own backline. We also believe that people should be able to enjoy a performance without having to resort to wearing ear plugs. Let’s be honest, if you dampen the sound down by wearing them you might as well let the sound engineer do that job for you, allowing you to hear the true mix rather than the distorted sound allowed through by most ear plugs, and so enabling you to enjoy a much better experience. Live sound should not simply be about volume alone. It should be about sound and the true recreation of the artists’ original ideas. Of course, we can be loud when it makes sense but we would never seek to be loud just for the sake of being loud!
